Extended Bio - Alice Johnson

Alice has been in the travel business for more than 15 years, with certifications for numerous countries, cruise lines, and resorts under her belt. She is excited to have the opportunity to open her own travel agency. Besides travel, Alice enjoys spending time with family and watching sports. She is married to Kenny and has three boys-Matthew (married to Rebecca), Joshua, and Andrew.

Alice has traveled to many places including Mexico, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica, Bahamas, Antigua, Grenada, England and France. Additionally, she has traveled to many places in the US including Hawaii, New York, California, Texas, Florida and several National Parks. She will be traveling on a river cruise this summer and Ireland this fall and is looking forward to visiting these new destinations!

Whether it is an all-inclusive honeymoon or anniversary trip, weekend getaway or cruise, Alice enjoys planning ALL types of travel. She specializes in school trips for choirs and bands and has worked with area schools such as Evangelical Christian School, Bartlett High School and Tipton Rosemark Academy.

Extended Bio - Sandra Owings

Sandra has enjoyed travel all her life. Her interests were sparked by stories, photos and souvenirs from family who traveled the world. With over 30 years in the industry she has been blessed with the friendship of extraordinary people, remarkable experiences and a continued passion for all things travel.

Starting out with a degree in Travel and Tourism she has worked as a hotel clerk, an airline reservations manager, and for many years now travel advisor and agency manger

Travels include a Trans-Atlantic voyage with visits to Italy, Spain and Bermuda; to Seattle and Vancouver, Victoria and Alaska. Trips along the East Coast, skiing in the West, and to street festivals in New Orleans, Destin and the Southern states. Costa Rica and Hawaii were highlights as well as both Mexican coasts, Jamaica and The Dominican Republic. In her free time Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband Chris, son Jason and wife Katie, and her extended family. With a love for cruises, all-inclusive Caribbean resorts and outdoor activities such as fishing, photography and playing with her dog she is always looking forward to her next trip.

She is able to assist with your individual and group travel of all types, destination weddings and honeymoons, reunions, corporate incentive travel, romantic trips and meaningful voluntourism experiences. Sandra also holds accreditation with many islands in the Caribbean, resorts and tourist boards both in the U.S. and abroad.

Extended Bio - Lisa Van Hersh

Lisa has always had an interest in travel ever since she was a child. She can make your travel experience seamless and worry free. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family that includes husband Tom, daughter Rachel, son-in-law Paul, son Andrew, daughter-in-law Lorraine and grandchildren Bennett and Lizzie.

Aside from traveling overseas, Lisa is also an avid cruiser. She has taken many cruises on many different cruise lines. Her cruises have taken her to the Mediterranean as well as islands in the Caribbean including the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Grenada, St. Maarten, Martinique, St. Lucia, The Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Mexico, Antigua, Aruba, Curacao, Guadeloupe and the island of Dominica.

She has been blessed with great organizational skills and the ability to be thorough. With these skills, no trip, be it from around the world cruises to weekend getaways to Nashville, St. Louis, or Atlanta, is too big or too small for her to handle.

Lisa's certifications include AM Resorts Master Agent, Certified Sandals Specialist, and Princess Cruise Lines Commodore Status Agent.

Lisa has been traveling since she was a little girl. Her father worked for the airlines and took the family on many traveling adventures which sparked a love in Lisa for new places, cultures, and experiences. She enjoys researching and planning vacations destinations and has joined the team at All Things Travel. In addition to her passion for travel, Lisa loves to spend time with her husband, Horst, visiting her two college boys in Nashville and Knoxville and traveling to her hometown of Chicago to visit family and friends.

Hi! My name is Kendra and traveling has been my thing for years. Moving from New York City to a small town east of Memphis definitely had its challenges but never stopped the traveling that was always done. Each year I plan an international vacation for myself and what some would call a local vacation to explore this wonderful country we get to call home. Being a child of a Jamaican citizen has allowed me to take numerous vacation to various Caribbean islands with Jamaica being my second home. I can help you plan your next adventure either to a city near you or an amazing tropical beach! I would love to help you make your travel dreams come true.

Katlin has had a passion for travel all her life. She has been blessed to see countries like Italy, Ghana, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. She has a deep appreciation for the various languages, cultures, foods, experiences and people you meet while traveling. Katlin is looking forward to traveling to Serbia, Greece and the western United States. When she isn’t working she loves spending time with friends, family, her husband Ben and their sweet puppy Sadie Mae. Marion was born and raised in France, near Normandy (right on the coast)! She has made traveling a regular part of her life, with highlights including: England, Spain, Croatia and Greece. Her latest experience started back in 2018 when she moved to the United States and has been ever since! She have since visited 25 States with the goal to visit them all. Gretchen has been planning trips for herself, family, and friends for years. Now that her nest is empty, she is embarking on a new adventure at All Things Travel. Gretchen's love of travel was solidified on a middle school trip to Western Europe. Not only is she a certified graduate of Disney's College of Knowledge for travel agents but also has over 20 combined visits to DisneyWorld and DisneyLand.
